We take pride in our products and want to be aware of any defects in quality. In order to provide the highest level of quality assurance, all returns need to be preapproved and assigned a RMA# by Gold Star. Please include this RMA# with your return. Return shipping must be paid by the customer, unless otherwise arranged. Please contact us at info@goldstarhotlinks.com if you need to request a return or refund.

For any unused product, simply return it along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 5 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the following: (i) Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased.
